What do you see concerning your organization and your career? How can you add value to your organization? What can you improve this year, next year, in 5 years or ten years? Write it down and also put down how you plan to start working towards these mental pictures.
It is easier to hope for what you can see in your mind’s eyes. Aspire for your organization or your team to advance. If the organization you work for succeeds, you will advance.
According to Lewis Carroll, “If you don’t know where you are going, any road will get you there”. What you see in your future, is an important ingredient can that can set the pace and the direction of what you want to achieve. If you do not have a plan, now is a good time to make one.
